Health Coaching and Yoga Cancellation Policy:

Health Coaching and Yoga cancellations and reschedules must take place at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours of appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

Far Infrared Sauna Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We require a minimum 2 hours’ notice for any sauna cancellation. If you do not provide adequate notice of your cancellation, you will be charged for half of the original appointment fee. We do require a credit card on file to book an appointment and will change the card accordingly in the event of a late cancellation/no-show. We will always attempt to contact you first prior to collecting fees to discuss any extenuating circumstances leading to the cancellation/no-show. We do not refund any unused or unwanted sauna visits.
